The Biofunctional Scoliosis Program
The Biofunctional Scoliosis Program
Stop Guessing, Start understanding
The Biofunctional Scoliosis Program is designed for individuals who want to go beyond simply knowing they have scoliosis and begin to understand the bigger picture—how their unique spinal shape may influence posture, movement, muscle balance, and everyday function.
Developed by a Schroth-trained physical therapist with advanced training in scoliosis and spinal conditions, this program brings a deeper, more individualized approach to scoliosis education. You’ll learn how to better understand your own body, recognize patterns and contributing factors that may be influencing how you move and function, and apply practical strategies to better manage your spine in daily life.
Too often, people with scoliosis are told to simply “wait and see” or continue to “monitor” their curve. While appropriate monitoring and medical care are important, monitoring doesn’t have to mean being passive.
The Biofunctional Scoliosis Program gives you the knowledge and tools to take a more active role in your spinal health. Rather than focusing only on the curve itself, you’ll begin looking at scoliosis through a whole-body lens—connecting your spine, posture, movement, daily habits, and individual areas of imbalance to better understand what may matter most for you.
Because when you understand your spine, you can begin to understand your movement and posture—and make more informed decisions about how you manage your body for the long term.
The Biofunctional Back Pain Program
The Biofunctional Back Pain Program
Learn to identify the Root cause of your pain and take a proactive approach to reduce or eliminate your pain
Through Biofunctional Pattern Integration® (BPI®), you’ll learn to identify restrictions, imbalances, and movement patterns that may be contributing to persistent pain. The program explores fascial mobility, neuromuscular adaptations, postural alignment, nervous system regulation, and movement retraining to help your body develop more efficient and adaptable movement strategies.
Rather than simply focusing on where it hurts, the Biofunctional Back Pain Program helps you look at the bigger picture—connecting the spine to the rest of the body and identifying potential contributors that may otherwise be overlooked.
The goal is not simply to address symptoms, but to give you a deeper understanding of why your back may be hurting, what may be contributing to it, and how to better manage your back health and movement over time.
The Biofunctional Posture Reset Program
The Biofunctional Posture Reset Program
Think good posture is pulling your shoulders back…think again.
The Biofunctional Posture Program is designed for individuals who do not have scoliosis but want to better understand their posture, address postural imbalances, and develop healthier alignment and movement patterns. If you have scoliosis, the Biofunctional Scoliosis Program is the more appropriate pathway.
This is posture at the next level. Developed by a Schroth-trained physical therapist with advanced training in spinal alignment, three-dimensional posture, and movement, this program goes far beyond the traditional advice to simply “sit up straight” or “pull your shoulders back.”
Posture is complex. It is influenced by the shape of your spine, muscular and fascial balance, mobility, movement patterns, daily habits, and the way your body adapts to the positions and demands placed on it over time.
In this program, you’ll learn how to identify your spine type and better understand the curves of your spine in the sagittal plane, including lumbar lordosis and thoracic kyphosis. Through Biofunctional Pattern Integration® (BPI®), you’ll explore postural alignment, mobility, muscular and fascial imbalances, nervous system awareness, and movement retraining to help your body develop more balanced and efficient movement strategies.
The Biofunctional Posture Program takes you beyond traditional posture correction to help you understand your individual spinal alignment, how your spine is shaped, what may be contributing to postural imbalances, and how to develop healthier alignment and movement strategies that support your body over time.
Biofunctional Performance Program (Coming Soon)
Biofunctional Performance Program (coming soon)
Restore function for optimal performance, injury prevention, and pain reduction
The Biofunctional Performance Program is more than a movement program—it’s a whole-body reset. The first three tiers are for everyone, designed to restore functional movement patterns, calm the nervous system, and facilitate neuro-adaptations that create lasting change. This system engages cranial nerves for balance and proprioception, rewires faulty pathways, and supports not just the musculoskeletal system, but the entire body. What makes this course truly unique is the exclusive 5th Tier of BPI, created for active individuals who want to excel in high-impact activities. From running to jumping to leaping, this tier empowers athletes and fitness enthusiasts to leave the ground safely, explosively, and with confidence. No other program blends foundational neuromuscular retraining with advanced athletic progression quite like this.
